NotesAnyone who is shooting the correct age groups will be eligible for records and awards. Archers may choose to shoot ‘down’ a category; | however, they will be non-eligible for medals and awards. The event will be run under Archery GB Rules and Regulations. Archers should be familiar with these procedures. | Registration and Equipment Inspections- 9.15am / 1pm | Assembly- 9:45am / 1.15pm | Sighters– 10am/ 1.30pm | Entries will be taken via the Google Form. All entries must be submitted through the form. The Tournament Organiser has the right to refuse anyone entry to the competition. Entries will close Tuesday 15 th | September @11am. Entry to the competition will cost £8 for a Junior and £10 for a senior for a single session. Archers who wish to shoot two | sessions will cost £16 for a Senior and£13 for a Junior. Entries for the weekend are £25 for a senior, and junior are £20. | (both should make themselves known at assembly) The CoJ and TO has the right to ask any person to leave the competition | Parking at the Burnside Barn | When parking at the barn please be considerate that access is required to the fields and sheds that, surround the venue. Please ensure these are accessible at all times. There should be no cars parked on the lane way this must be kept clear in case of emergencies. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to remove your car.
