Ask the organiser about disabled parking. | 30m Frostbite: 36 arrows on an 80cm face. Hot buffet before shooting; specify dietary requirements. Tents are not permitted. | Closing Date: Saturday 14th November 2026 (or when the shoot is full) | Registration and food 16:30, Assembly 17:30, Sighters 17:45, Shoot Commences 18:00 | This competition is open to individuals affiliated to Archery GB, World Archery member association or Southampton Archery Club. Please bring proof of membership (eg Archery GB membership card). Refunds will not be available after the closing date unless the shoot is cancelled and are otherwise at the discretion of the Tournament Organisers. | Any archer may be asked to complete a drugs test and must comply. Refusal will be treated as a positive result. Parents/guardians must authorise drugs testing of junior archers by signing the entry form. | Hot and cold refreshments will be provided for during the shoot for free, although we would welcome donations to the club charity. | There are no designated walkways at this event that need to be kept clear; however, if you are asked to move equipment for access, please comply with the request promptly. | Tents & Parking | Tents are not permitted for this event as we will be shooting on the middle field.
