Entry instructionsBuy tickets on the club's event page: Portsmouth Session 1, Portsmouth Session 2, or Sessions 1 and 2. Ticket sales end at 23:59 on 15 November 2026. Closing date for entries is midnight on 10 November 2026, after which there are no refunds; all refunds are subject to a 20% administrative fee. Entries can also be posted to the tournament organiser, Laurence Fletcher. Parental consent forms are required and a parent or guardian must supervise juniors throughout the event.‍‍‌⁠​​​‍​​​‌​‍​​

NotesOpen to archers aged 5 to 18. Portsmouth round with age-appropriate face sizes under Archery GB Rules of Shooting (UK Record Status), plus a non-record-status Portsmouth 10 round shot at 10 metres for younger archers. Foam bosses; four archers per boss in two details of two; timed ends of three arrows in two minutes. Session 1: registration 08:00, assembly 09:00, sighters 09:15. Session 2: registration 11:45, assembly 12:45, sighters 13:00. Archery GB dress regulations apply and soft-soled shoes must be worn. No food or drink is available to buy at the venue. Anyone wishing to take photographs must register with the Tournament Organiser. Archers competing at record status tournaments may be subject to drug testing.
